Kabani Exports is actively headed by a special team under the leadership of ::

+ The Factory Manager , Whose job is to look after the factory's overall operations .

+ The Production Manager , Who's duty include production planning and production .

The two Managers are , In turn , supported by departmental teams in the following depratments.

+ Quality Control (A separate department reporting to the Production Manager and directly to the Directors ) .
+ Production .
+ Finishing .
+ Packing .
+ Washing .
+ Fabric Checkers .
+ Stores and Inventory .

The group employs approx 100 dedicated employs with an average age group of 20 To 35 years, who are skilled workers and have been trained and guided by experienced Managers.

The above various heads report directly to the Directors.
